George Szyman – Director
With over three decades of business experience, George brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to the property development sector. Over the past 18 years, he has steadily built and self-managed a successful Buy-to-Let portfolio of 13 properties, each of which he personally renovated, demonstrating both hands-on expertise and a commitment to quality.
George’s passion for property goes beyond the UK. While working abroad, he also oversaw the construction of his own home in Poland, managing the build process from the ground up, an experience that deepened his understanding of residential development from both a personal and technical perspective.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, George began his career during a pivotal time in Eastern Europe, helping to establish Deloitte’s first office in Poland following the fall of communism. His reputation for solving complex financial challenges led him to be headhunted by an international advertising agency, where he successfully resolved a major dispute with the tax authorities and later restructured the company’s Polish operations, including the merger of multiple local agencies.
Outside of his professional life, George is an avid traveller with a keen interest in Eastern European history and genealogy, often exploring his family roots through on-the-ground research trips.
Dan Stiles – Syndicate Property Development Ltd.
Dan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 30 years of expertise in delivering complex commercial, residential, and public sector projects. He is responsible for running Syndicate Property Development Ltd. who are specialists in project management, quantity surveying (cost management).
